I am a meditator and yoga fanatic when it comes to my daily exercise. I also love to walk for my cardio. But, 6 months ago, I started having issues with myt dominant hand which has prevented me from doing my beloved yoga. In order to stay active, I have begun using a recumbant bike at the gym and very light weights at home.
Due to my hand issues, I finally opted to have surgery to correct both trigger finger and carpal tunnel. Because both surgeries were in the palm of my hand, you can imagine how painful it can be to grasp handlebars or weights. That’s just one of the many reasons I’m glad I was given the opportunity to review these iiSPORT weight lifting gloves with wrist wraps.
They help to protect my hands with a layer between my surgical scars and my exercise equipment. This is super helpful when my scars are being particularly sensitive. I also love that they have nice non-slip grips in the palms. I don’t have to worry about my hand weights slipping out of my hands while wearing them.
I love that they actually fit my hand. I have tiny hands, like a 10 year old and the size Small fits perfectly. An added benefit to this pair of gloves is the wrist support built right in. The wrist wrap is gentle but certainly enough to compensate for the post-surgical weakness I am experiencing.
If you need a great pair of fitness gloves that provide superior fit, grip and some wrist support, you can’t go wrong with these gloves.
